NOCTAMBUS is a night bus service running from 01:00 to 05:30
7 days a week, with a frequency of one bus an hour. This network
has 18 lines running within a 30-km radius of Paris. A special ticket
costing 1.40 € is needed for these buses.
Tickets are valid for just one journey. They are sold individually
or by books of 10.
Means
of transport and prices:
Throughout the metro, in Paris and in the suburbs, and on the RER,
within the limits of the City of Paris, the cost of the ticket does
not depend on the length of the journey. One single "section
urbaine " ticket allows you to travel freely on the different
metro and RER lines. On the RER, the urban section includes all
the stations located within Paris.
Price of tickets:1,40 € each, 10,70 € a book of 10 tickets
For
the RER, in the suburbs, beyond the limits of the City of Paris,
and for the Transilien SNCF network, the price depends on the length
of the journey and on the class chosen. Depending on the station
of departure and on the distance to be travelled, it is possible
to buy:
-
Tickets valid between two specific stations of the RER or of the
Transilien SNCF network.
-
Tickets allowing journeys between, on the one hand, any RER or
SNCF station in Paris or any metro station and, on the other hand,
specific stations of the RER or of the SNCF in the suburbs.
-
Tickets for journeys between two RER or Transilien SNCF network
stations, including a journey by metro or RER in Paris.
Both
in Paris and in the suburbs a single ticket is now sufficient for
a journey without connections on any bus or tram line, with the
exception of the following lines:
-
Orlybus (5,80 €), Roissybus (8,40 €), Noctambus (1,40 €).
-
Lines 221, 297, 299, 350, 351 and Balabus:
1 ticket for 1 to 3 sections
2 tickets for 4 to 6 sections
3 tickets for more
On
the PC line, now divided into 3 arcs, a single ticket is enough
to travel over the whole of one of the arcs (without connections).
For Orlyval (Antony-Aéroport d'Orly link + RER journey line
B), a specific ticket is sold in metro stations, RER and SNCF Ile-de-France
stations, and at the RATP ticket offices in the Orly air terminals.
