Opening
times
Most companies open from 8h or 9h to 18h.
Administrative offices generally close at 17h, except for post offices,
sometimes open until 18h30.
Boutiques and shops are open continuously from 9h to 18h30 / 19h with
late closings, "les nocturnes", on certain days in department
stores.
Shops are traditionally closed on Sunday and Monday, but many open
on Monday.
Banks are generally open from 9h to 16h30 and closed on Saturday and
Sunday.
Museums usually open between 9h and 10h until 17h or 18h and close
on Monday or Tuesday.
Monuments have about the same opening times as museums, although these
times can vary depending on the season. |
