For lovers of culture :

This arrondissement is a neighbourhood marked with culture, especially with the presence of

numerous universities where lecturers and students of all nationalities can be found. But the Latin quarter conceals the most beautiful cultural treasures of this arrondissement with the Musée National du Moyen-Âge and the Musée des Thermes de Cluny, the Institut du Monde Arabe and the very famous Panthéon.

Finally, you can admire, in the middle of a garden located close to the Rue Mouffetard (on Rue de Navarre and Rue de Monge) the superb Amphitheatre of Lutetia ("Arènes de Lutèce") dating from the 1st century AD.
