This is undoubtedly the most discreet arrondissement of Paris. Numerous administrations have decided to set up in this very quiet neighbourhood which gives the impression of dozing in the shade of the Bois de Vincennes. Although recent, the arrival of developers and the starting up of the Bercy project are giving it a second life.
