nice studio in a nice building situated in the Quincampoix street,
75003 Paris. It's just above the George Pompidou Center in the heart
of Le Marais area, surrounded by art galleries.

the Rambuteau street, you will find all the trades (early products,
bakery, butchery...).
The apartment is 5 minutes walking from ille de la Cité e Nôtre
Dame, e 10 minutes walking from Rive Gauche and Quartier Latin. It's
also well communicated by some underground lines (Etienne Marcel line
4, Rambuteau line11, Les Halles 1, 7, 11, RER A&B), and buses
(29, 38 and 47). |

- The corridor leads to a cordial bathroom decorated with pink marble.
There is a bath-tub with shower system, a wash basin and a WC. A
third window also opens on the courtyard.

Low
Season: January, 1st to 15th February and from 1st to 20th December.
Normal Season: Rest of the year, except fairs and congresses.
High Season: July and August. New year's eve, Christmas,
Easter, Purisima holidays (3 to 10th December), and other important
celebrations, fairs and congresses periods. During those periods,
the minimum stay is for 7 nights and a 100% payment is required.
Deposit:
The owner asks for a deposit of 150 euros
as a guarantee for the flat. This amount will be returned at the
end of your stay if no damage or problem has happened.
